Junda1 is not sold or provided as a public customer support service to outside companies. Access is limited to authorized users approved by our company.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Junda1, you agree to follow these Terms of Service, company policies, applicable laws, and any instructions issued by system administrators. If you are not authorized to use Junda1, you must not access the system.

2. Purpose of Junda1

Junda1 is a customized internal inbox used to organize and respond to customer messages, including pre-sales questions, after-sales support, product inquiries, service issues, and related business communications.

3. Authorized Users and Accounts

Accounts are intended for approved company personnel only. Users are responsible for all activity under their accounts and must keep login credentials secure. Shared accounts, unauthorized access, credential disclosure, or attempts to bypass permissions are not allowed.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must use Junda1 only for legitimate company support and operational purposes. Users must not:

  • Access customer conversations unless needed for assigned work.
  • Copy, export, disclose, or reuse customer information for unrelated purposes.
  • Send abusive, misleading, unlawful, or unapproved messages to customers.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, spam, or content that may disrupt the system.
  • Modify system settings, integrations, or data without authorization.
  • Use Junda1 for personal projects, outside business, or services for third parties.

5. Customer Communications

Responses sent through Junda1 should be accurate, respectful, and consistent with company guidance. Users should avoid making commitments, refunds, discount or compensation promises, legal statements, or technical guarantees unless they are authorized to do so.

6. Confidentiality

Customer messages, internal notes, account details, operational workflows, analytics, and system configuration are confidential company information. Users must protect this information and may share it only with people who have a legitimate business need to know.

7. Data Accuracy and Recordkeeping

Users should keep conversation status, tags, assignments, and notes reasonably accurate so customers can receive timely service. Records in Junda1 may be reviewed for quality, compliance, training, security, and operational continuity.

8. Monitoring and Administration

The company may monitor, audit, restrict, suspend, or remove access to Junda1 to protect customer information, investigate issues, enforce these terms, or maintain the system. Administrative actions may be taken without prior notice where needed for security or operational reasons.
